UFS is being built to be a natural recruitment pool for firms looking for finance-minded students from Uppsala University.
For students
UFS members get exposure to firms across Swedish finance through guest lectures, company presentations, career nights and study trips. Engaged members - those who join a committee or take on broader responsibility - gain deeper access through internal training, case work and direct relationships with our partners.
We are also building a mentorship programme that, over time, will connect members with senior students, alumni and industry professionals. As our community grows, so will the depth of this network.
For employers
UFS is being built as a growing community of finance-oriented students from across Uppsala University - economists, engineers, mathematicians, statisticians, lawyers and more. As we grow, we are designed to become a natural recruitment pool for firms in finance, consulting and adjacent industries.
